Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Custom orders
Custom pieces are made to order. Processing times will vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase or approval. Items will be shipped as soon as they are completed.

Possum & May is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

While delivery is handled by Australia Post, under Australian Consumer Law, goods remain the responsibility of Possum & May until they are received by you.
