How long will my order take?

Each pair of wings is handmade to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be created and shipped. Timeframes may vary slightly depending on order volume and material sourcing.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, if you need your wings by a specific date, please contact me before ordering. Rush orders (within 1 week) may be available depending on capacity and will incur an additional fee.

Are your wings handmade?

Yes — every pair is carefully handmade by me. Because of this, small variations or minor imperfections in stitching may occur, making each piece truly unique.

What size are the wings?

The wings are designed to comfortably fit children aged 2–6 years. The straps are approximately 35cm and are made to sit securely while allowing movement and play.

What materials are used?

Each piece is created using thoughtfully sourced materials, including repurposed or previously loved fabrics wherever possible. I aim to use 100% cotton or linen-based materials, however some fabrics do not come with composition tags, so I cannot guarantee the exact fibre content. In some cases, materials may contain polyester blends, but I always prioritise natural fibres wherever possible.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely. I love creating custom pieces. If you have a specific colour, theme, or vision in mind, please get in touch and we can bring it to life together.

Will my wings look exactly like the photos?

While I aim to stay true to the design, each pair is handmade and may have slight differences. This is part of the charm and individuality of your wings.

How do I care for my wings?

Wings are delicate and should be handled with care. Spot clean only and avoid excessive bending or pressure to maintain their shape.

Are the wings safe for everyday play?

They are designed for gentle, imaginative play. As they are handmade, they should be treated with care and used under supervision for younger children.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and custom nature of the wings, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to help.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, I currently ship across Australia and New Zealand. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
